(1) High aluminum insulating brick is a new type of thermal insulation brick of light-weight high-aluminum brick series. It is mainly made of high-alumina clinker and high-purity clay, filled with polystyrene foam balls, and burned and burnt. It has the characteristics of high purity of raw materials, uniform pore structure, low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, high strength and high dimensional accuracy.
(2) High aluminum insulating bricks have high compressive strength and good thermal shock resistance, which can reduce the heat capacity of the furnace wall and improve the thermal efficiency of the furnace.
(3) Application of high aluminum insulating brick: It is an ideal energy-saving product used in kiln lining (not affected by solution) and insulation layer in metallurgy, machinery, ceramics, chemical industry, etc. The use temperature is below 1350 °C.
